Harvesting, stopping and transfer for Rice Combine Harvester. 1. The driver shall concentration on observation of running conditions of all parts of the machine, and stops the harvester and turns off the engine to find out the blocking phenomenon timely. If the load of the harvester is too great and the exhaust gas of the harvester is black, please stop the machine tentatively and continue the operation when the threshing load is normal. 2. The low-speed gear shall be taken when the harvester works in the wet and soft land and dry land, and the output of crop is more than 6000kg per hectare; and the high-speed gear shall be taken if the output of crop is below 6000kg per hectare. The low-speed gear shall be taken when the harvester works in the marshy land and is used to harvest the crops blown down. 3. Before operation, the dust-proof net shall be swept with the brush. The dust and glumes on the radiator shell of the engine shall be removed once after harvesting every 0.7hm2; and the engine shield must be opened after harvesting every 5hm2 to clean up the dust on the radiating water tank of the engine. 4. The operating handle of the working clutch shall be pulled backward to OFF position when the grains are sent to the granary upon completion of operation; and the working power shall be turned off. All handles shall be adjusted to the neutral or OFF position when stopping the machine; the accelerator shall be adjusted to the idling position; the shutdown rod of the engine shall be pulled upward to stop the engine; then the main power switch shall be pulled to the OFF position. The operating handle of the working clutch shall be pulled backward to the OFF position if the combine harvester will not be used or be transferred for a long distance, and the power shall be turned off. 5. When transferred on the smooth road, the speed of the combine harvester shall be 8km/h and below; and the speed must be slowed down if the road condition is not desirable. Moreover, the header shall be fixed and not be float-able when transported for a long distance.
