In the past, there were also some methods similar to this study and lighting devices with adjustable fill height. However, these devices are limited to a single lighting device, although there are also moving lighting devices, but the operation process is particularly complicated. In these used schemes, a method and equipment are used to fill the plants in a greenhouse without sunlight and during the daytime with sunlight, and sometimes the best condition cannot be achieved.

The device includes a fill light for use in plant lighting, a lifting pulley, a moving light stand, and the like. The height of the fill light is controlled to ensure the optimal illumination distance between the fill light and the plant tip, as well as the research of the fill light illumination device and the illumination method for this purpose.

In order to achieve the purpose of the above research, the illumination fill light automatically keeps the distance between the fill light and the plant as the plant grows upwards, so as to satisfy the radiant energy required for photosynthesis of the normal growth of the plant.

The set of fill lamps emits specific spectral radiation. In addition to the visible light spectrum, thermal radiation, such as infrared radiation, is also included. It is well known that a significant proportion of the radiant energy used in greenhouses comes from the radiation of thermal lamps. A large part of this radiant heat energy is lost in vain. Because most of this energy is present in the space between the fill light and the plant, it is easily absorbed by other substances, such as the humidity of the greenhouse, which is a major factor in energy absorption.

This means that by providing the set of fill light devices, a portion of the distance is reduced and the illumination is optimally compared to the distance between the conventional fixed fill light and the plant. As the distance is reduced, the loss of thermal radiation is also reduced, and the radiant energy is fully utilized.

1, the working principle of the device

The device provides a method and a set of fill light lighting equipment for plant lighting in the greenhouse. The fill light is placed on the plant and kept at a certain distance from the top of the plant. After repeated tests, the distance should be kept at 80~240cm. Between the best.

As can be seen in Fig. 1, the lighting device is provided with some fill light 1 fixed on the fill light frame body 4, and its movement depends on the lifting pulley 2, moving up and down in the height direction according to the requirements of the plant 3. The lifting pulley 2 is fixed to the beam 7 of the greenhouse 8. In actual operation, a plurality of fill lamps can be fixed on one rail, and several lifting pulley devices are assembled to move together; it can also be designed as a set of lifting devices to be responsible for a set of fill lamps.

The preferred distance between the fill light 1 and the top of the plant is between 80 cm and 240 cm, and the preferred distance can be set between 120 cm and 210 cm, depending on the situation. This distance is a shorter distance than the height of the greenhouse. Maintaining and adjusting this distance from the plant 3 is adjusted by moving the fill light 1 along the growth direction of the plant by the lifting pulley 2. As a result, the radiant heat in the space between the fill light and the plant will be less lost.

This is much better than installing a fill light at a fixed height or directly on a greenhouse roof. As the growth of the plant 3 on the hot bed 6 grows, the drive pulley 10 is passed through the lift pulley 2 and the height of the fill light is adjusted according to the growth height of the plant 3.

The control device 5 controls the rotation of the drive wheel 10 to adjust the length of the lift cord 9, thereby moving the lift device 4 up and down. In practice, the distance between the fill light and the top of the plant 3 is measured periodically, for example, by hand. This distance will be reset if required. It is maintained within the required distance by the control device and the lifting device. In addition, the control unit 5 is usually composed of one or more sensors that measure temperature and humidity, such as relative humidity in the greenhouse. From these data, the measured values ​​of temperature and humidity can be obtained, and the control device 5 and the lifting device 4 can newly determine an optimal irradiation distance.
